摘要
目的编制符合我国文化背景的医院护理人员对心理咨询认知度的调查量表,为维护护理人员的心理健康水平和加强护理管理提供参考。方法通过查阅文献和半结构式访谈建立量表条目池,经专家审核后形成初始量表。初试调查对象为180名(有效问卷172份)医院护理人员;在对量表进行项目分析、探索性因子分析后,再抽取450名(有效问卷439份)护理人员作为正式调查对象,用Cronbach’sα系数测量表的内部一致性信度,通过验证性因子分析考察其结构效度;间隔20 d后再对部分正式调查对象重测,考察其重测信度。结果医院护理人员对心理咨询认知度量表由相关概念、关注度、服务对象、具体咨询内容、工作方法、接纳程度和重要性共7个因子构成,7个因子的累积贡献率为69.67%。该问卷具有良好的内部一致性、结构效度和重测信度。结论医院护理人员对编制的心理咨询认知度量表具有良好的信效度,可以作为该群体心理咨询认知度调查的测量工具进行试用。
Objective To establish a psychological counseling cognition scale for hospital nursing staff according to China＇s cultural background in order to provide reference for maintaining the mental health level of nursing staff and strengthening the nursing management. Methods A scale item pool was established by searching literature and semi-structural interview to form initial scale upon the approval by experts. Initially, 180 hospital nursing staff was selected as the respondents （totally 172 valid questionnaires taken back）; after the item analysis and exploratory factor analysis of the scale, another 450 nursing staff were selected as formal respondents （totally 439 valid questionnaires taken back）. Cronbach＇s α coefficient was used to measure the internal consistency reliability of the scale; and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to examine its structural validity. 20 days later, some of these formal respondents were reexamined to measure its test-retest reliability. Results The psychological counseling cognition scale for hospital nursing staff was composed of seven factors （related concepts, attention, service objects, specific consulting content, working methods, acceptance level and importance）, of which the accumulating contribution rate was 69.67%. The questionnaire had high internal consistency, structural validity and test-retest reliability. Conclusion The psychological counseling cognition scale for hospital nursing staff has high reliability and validity and can be used as a measurement tool for the group＇s psychological counseling cognition survey.
