摘要
对比分析了常规湿法浸出、热酸浸出—赤铁矿除铁、氧压浸出等几种湿法炼锌工艺在工艺特点、生产系统构成、原料适应性、副产品类型、综合回收效果、环境影响、劳动定员等方面的区别。基于100 kt/a电锌的生产规模,在同等建设条件下,对采用这几种不同工艺的湿法炼锌工程的建设投资、产品加工成本及经济效益情况进行了测算、比较。
The paper compares and analyzes the differences in process characteristics, production system composition, raw material adaptability, by-product type, comprehensive recovery effect, environmental impact and man power quota of some zinc hydrometallurgy processes such as conventional wet leaching, hot acid leaching-hematite iron removal and oxygen pressure leaching, and calculates and compares the construction investment, product processing costand economic benefits of zinc hydrometallurgy projects with the above processes based on the capacity of 100 kt/a electrolytic zinc under the same construction conditions.
