摘要
北京市是重点用能单位能耗在线监测试点省份之一。本文系统地总结了北京市推动能耗在线监测系统建设的做法和经验,包括定向邀请、专家全程参与、用制度规范项目建设、把好企业端验收环节等工作措施和做法,为能耗在线监测系统在全国推广积累了经验。
Beijing is one of the three pilot districts of energy consumption online monitoring system construction in key energy consuming units. This paper systematically summarizes the practice and experience of Beijing on how to promote the construction of energy consumption online monitoring system, including invitation with proper orientation, inviting experts to participate in whole process, using rules to regulates the construction of system, strictly executing the process of examination and so on. It will provide effective experience for other districts.
