摘要
沙棘幼苗在不同水分供给下进行干旱胁迫处理,一段时间后对其幼苗叶片分别进行丙二醛、叶绿素含量、POD、SOD活性测定和气孔开放水平的观察统计,研究不同程度水分供给下陕北沙棘幼苗的生理生化特征变化的响应。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,沙棘幼苗叶片的丙二醛含量明显增加;叶绿素含量下降;POD和SOD的活性呈现先升高后下降的趋势;气孔开放水平受到水分胁迫的抑制。
Seabuckthorn seedlings were treated under different water supply for a period of time. Leaf chlorophyll content, MDA, POD, SOD and stomatal conductance were determined to study physiological characteristics response of Northern Shaanxi Seabuckthorn to drought stress. The results showed that as drought stress increased, the MDA content of Hippophae rhamnoides seedlings increased significantly; chlorophyll content decreased; POD and SOD activity increased at first then decreased, and the stomatal opening level was inhibited by water stress.
