摘要
随着国民经济的快速增长,航班数量逐年增加。如何在确保安全的前提下,对既有飞行计划和临时增加的飞行计划进行有效的调配,避免飞行冲突,提高飞行流量,降低能耗,节约成本,是空管技术部门亟待解决的问题之一。文章提出一种改进的飞行计划调配方法,在冲突识别和冲突调解阶段,采用栅格技术综合处理。与传统方法相比,此方法节省了平均调配时间,减少了调配次数,提高了调配效率。
With the rapid growth of the national economy,the number of flights increases year by year.Under the premise of ensuring safety,to adjust fixed flight and temporary flight effectively,avoid conflict,increase flight flow,decrease energy consumption,and reduce economic cost is a problem to be solved urgently.On the basis of the previous research,this essay proposes an improved method.In case of conflict recognition and conflict resolution,grid concept is adopted.Compared with traditional method,average adjust time and adjust frequency are reduced significantly,thus adjust efficiency is improved.
