摘要
本文对未经除粉的高含粉石灰石机制砂在C60泵送混凝土中的应用进行了试验研究。结果表明:机制砂石粉含量、MB值增加会降低C60混凝土流动性,石粉含量15%以内、MB值1.0以内可通过增加减水剂掺量和减小砂率保持流动性基本不变;石粉含量15%以内对C60混凝土7天强度有利、28天强度无影响;MB值增大,C60混凝土7天强度降低,MB值1.0以内,28天强度基本无影响。
The application of the unpowdered high powdered limestone mechanism sand in the C60 pumping concrete was studied in this paper. The results show that the mechanism of sand content, the MB value increased C60 can reduce the fluidity of concrete, less than 15% MB, the content of stone powder can increase the value of less than 1 of superplasticizer and reduce the rate of sand to maintain liquidity basically unchanged within 15% to C60; the content of stone powder concrete strength of 7 days, 28 days of favorable strength did not affect the MB value; increase, decrease C60 7 days of the concrete strength, the MB value is less than 1, the 28 day strength has no effect.
