摘要
地黄根据炮制方式有鲜地黄、生/干地黄与熟地黄之别,应用方法不同其功效迥异。自《神农本草经》以降,历代医家对地黄的功效认识与临床应用各有重点,其"活血生新"功效经历了重视、忽视、再发掘的过程,地黄梓醇促血管新生效应是其"活血生新"功效的微观体现。
According to different processing methods, Dihuang（ Rehmannia glutinosa ）is divided into fresh rehmannia, dried rehmannia and prepared rehmannia. The effect is different depending on its various applieationof processing methods. Since Shen Nong＇s Materia Medica, ancient doctors have own focuses on the efficacy recongltion of rehmannia about its clinical application, it＇s the function of ＂Refreshing Blood and Regenerating Blood＂ has experienced a process of attention, neglecting and rediscovery. The anglogenic effect of Catalpol is a microscopic manifestation of its efficacy of ＂Refreshing Blood and Renewing Blood＂
