装甲车三维装配工艺设计与仿真及现场可视化技术 被引量:5

摘要 传统装甲车的装配过程是由装配工艺设计人员对装配体模型进行分析,依靠自身的实际装配经验和装配相关的技术要求,借助于二维装配图样进行装配工艺规划和设计的。随着三维CAD技术和虚拟装配技术的发展,在三维环境下进行装配工艺设计已经成为趋势。为了实现装甲车装配工艺设计的三维化,提出了装甲车三维装配工艺设计与仿真及现场可视化技术。三维装配工艺设计与仿真及现场可视化技术是在产品数字化模型的基础上,对产品的装配工艺过程进行优化和设计,进行装配序列规划仿真和三维装配工艺信息详细编辑,发布三维装配工艺数据包,通过三维工艺浏览器展示二维工艺电子化文档和三维工艺信息来指导装配现场的装配操作,从而达到降低设计难度与成本,提高设计效率、装配质量和培训速度,以及缩短装配时间的目的。 The assembly process of traditional armored vehicles is analyzed by assembly process designers on assembly models.Based on their own actual assembly experience and assembly-related technical requirements,assembly process planning and design are carried out by means of two-dimensional assembly drawings.With the development of 3D CAD technology and virtual assembly technology,assembly process design in three-dimensional environment has become a trend.In order to achieve the three-dimensional design of the assembly process of armored vehicles,this paper presents a three-dimensional assembly process design and simulation and scene visualization technology for armored vehicles.The three-dimensional assembly process design and simulation and scene visualization technology is based on the digital model of the product,optimizing and designing the assembly process of the product,assembly sequence planning and simulation and 3D assembly process detailed editing information,releasing 3D assembly process data package.And the three-dimensional process browser is used to display two-dimensional process electronic documents and three-dimensional process information to guide the assembly site assembly operations,to reduce the design difficulty and cost,improve design efficiency and assembly quality,and improve training speed and reduce assembly time.
