摘要
选用天然橡胶(NR)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)和丁基橡胶为基体,制备4种高性能橡胶复合材料,并用于高阻尼桥梁隔震支座样品制备。结果表明:NBR/AO80和NR/NBR/AO80复合材料的硬度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率满足桥梁支座用橡胶材料的要求;NBR/AO80,NR/NBR/AO80和CIIR/石油树脂复合材料在与支座的工作环境温度相匹配的温域内表现出良好的阻尼性能;应用NR/NBR/AO80复合材料制备的橡胶支座样品,其竖向刚度、水平等效刚度和等效阻尼比符合桥梁支座用橡胶材料国家标准要求。
NR,NBR,CIIR and IIR were selected as matrix materials to prepare four kinds of highperformance rubber composites for high damping bridge seismic isolation bearings. The results showed that,the hardness,tensile strength and elongation at break of NBR/AO80 and NR/NBR/AO80 composites met the requirements of rubber materials for bridge bearings. NBR/AO80,NR/NBR/AO80 and CIIR/petroleum resin composites exhibited good damping properties in the temperature range that matched the operating temperature of bearings. The vertical stiffness,equivalent lateral stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of the rubber bearing samples made from NR/NBR/AO80 composites met the national standard requirements of rubber materials for bridge bearings.
