摘要
学生人文素养提升对教师管理提出新要求,高职院校要以此为着眼点建立更加科学、完善的教师考核评价体系。针对目前教师评价体系存在的理念落后、顶层设计欠缺、标准僵化等问题,高职院校应以发展性评价理念为引导,以学生人文素养提升为基点对教师考核评价体系的重塑进行探索。
Students' humanistic quality promotion has put new requirements to teacher management. Higher vocational colleges should set up a more scientific and perfect teacher evaluation system for this purpose. In view of the problems existing in the current teacher evaluation system,such as backward concept,top-level design and rigid standards,higher vocational colleges should take the development evaluation concept as the guidance and improve the evaluation system based on the improvement of students' humanistic quality.
