摘要
界定教育发展力概念和内涵,构建教育发展力模型,分析其构成要素及其相互关系,并以教育发展力模型为基础从宏观上构建标准化物流人才的培养模式。标准化物流人才培养模式应该以互联协同、整合提升教育发展力为根本,以协同联动、互惠共赢的运行机制为保障,以在职培训、授徒传艺和在校培养相结合为培养路径,以科学合理的课程建设为平台,培养紧密对接物流业需求的标准化物流人才。
This paper firstly defines the concept and connotation of education development power and then constructs the model of education development power and analyzes its components and mutual relationships. The training mode of standardized logistics talents is constructed on the basis of the model of education development power in macroscopic. The standardized logistic talents closely connected with logistic industry demand are cultivated through the training mode, which takes collaboratively and integrally promoting education development power as the basis, the operation mechanism of collaborative cooperation and win-win as the guarantee, in-service training and apprenticeship combined with school education as the training paths, and the scientific curriculum construction as the platform.
