摘要
目的:观察干眼症患者采用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶与玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗的疗效比较。方法:选取干眼症患者200例(400只眼)为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为试验组与对照组,各100例。试验组予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶,对照组予玻璃酸钠滴眼液。分析两组基础泪液分泌试验(SchirmeⅠ)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)与临床疗效对照。结果:疗程结束后试验组总有效率为94.00%,对照组为81.00%,试验组两组SchirmeⅠ、BUT明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶较玻璃酸钠滴眼液而言可有效提高泪液分泌能力,缩短泪膜破裂时间,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To observe the curative effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel and Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of dry eye. Method 200 patients(400 eyes) with dry eye were selected as the object of study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 100 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel,and the control group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops. The basal tear secretion test(Schirme I) score,tear film break-up time(BUT) and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94. 00%,and that of the control group was 81. 00%. The two groups of Schirme I and BUT in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 01). Conclusion The recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel can effectively improve the tear secretion ability,shorten the tear film break-up time and improve the clinical therapeutic effect compared with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.
