摘要
目的分析PBL教学法在神经内科临床带教中的实施方法及应用效果。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月期间在本院神经内科的56名实习生作为该次研究对象,以不同的教学方法为分组依据,常规组(n=28)采用传统教学法,PBL组(n=28)采用PBL教学法,对两组教学效果进行观察。结果 PBL组学生的临床操作和病例分析能力成绩均高于常规组的考核结果,且PBL组对临床带教的总满意率为92.86%,常规组对临床带教的总满意率为60.71%,PBL组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科临床带教中采用PBL教学法不仅能够提高学生的临床操作和病例分析的能力,还能提升实习同学的自我学习能力,具有临床教学价值,值得推广。
Objective The implementation method and effect of PBL in the clinical teaching in the Department of Neurology were discussed. Methods A total of 56 cases of interns in the Department of Neurology in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups with 28 cases in each according to different teaching methods. The routine group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the PBL group adopted the PBL method,and the teaching effect between two groups was observed. Results The clinical operation and case analysis skills in the PBL group were higher than those in the routine group,and the total satisfactory rate in the PBL group was obviously better than that in the routine group(92. 86% vs 60. 71%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching in the Department of Neurology can not only improve the clinical operation and case analysis skills of students,but also improve the selflearning ability,which is worth promotion in the clinical teaching.
