高炉热态熔渣制备矿棉调质料选取及其熔制工艺的研究

摘要 针对高炉热态熔渣制备矿棉工艺中调质料的选取及熔制工艺进行了研究,表明调质料的粒径在≥60目的条件下,制取的熔体玻璃态良好,不存在未熔物及结皮现象。三氧化二锑的加入对于减少熔渣玻璃化后内部气泡的存在起到重要的作用,玻璃的色泽由黑色转变为黄褐色、淡蓝色,其中4号样品颜色最浅,次之6号样品,5号样品颜色相对较深,是由于具有澄清作用的三氧化二锑的引入,以防止二次小气泡的产生,尤其是4号样品中与无水硝酸钠的共同使用,助熔及澄清效果最为显著,同时密度也最大。 Melting process and selecting of the transfer material use the molten blast-furnace making slag wool were studied. Indicate the particle size of transfer material up to 60 mesh, preparation of glassy melt well, unmelted material and the crust phenomenon does not exist. The addition of antimony trioxide in reducing slag glass transition after the existence of the internal air bubbles play an important role. Glass color from black to brown, light blue, the sample 4 has the most shallow color, followed by the sample 6, and the sample 5 has the relatively deep color. Is due to have clear effect of the introduction of antimony trioxide, in order to prevent the generation of secondary small bubbles, especially in common use of anhydrous sodium nitrate of sample 4, to meh and the most significant effect of clarification, also the biggest density.
