摘要
目的分析急性脑卒中患者急救中开展常规护理与三维护理管理模式的临床价值研究。方法 2015年9月~2017年8月,于我院收治的急性脑卒中患者中选取80例,将其分为两组,常规护理为对照组护理模式,三维护理管理模式为观察组护理模式,对比两组效果。结果相对于对照组,观察组患者的转运时间、抢救时间与用药时间更短(P<0.05);相对于对照组,观察组患者的致残率、并发症发生率更低,成功抢救率更高(P<0.05)。结论三维护理管理模式能够缩短急性脑卒中患者的急救时间,将其治疗效果提高,值得广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of routine nursing and three-dimensional nursing management in acute stroke patients. Methods From September 2015 to August 2017,80 patients with acute stroke were selected and divided into two groups.The routine nursing model was the control group and the three dimensional nursing management model was the observation group nursing model.The effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group,the transport time,rescue time and medication time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P 0.05）,and the disability rate,the incidence of complications and the successful rescue rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The three-dimensional nursing management model can shorten the emergency time of acute stroke patients and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worth popularizing widely.
