万寿菊提取加工过程中苯并芘的污染来源分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用凝胶渗透色谱净化高效液相色谱法对印度和中国新疆万寿菊提取加工过程中的苯并芘进行检测。结果表明,不同来源的万寿菊和万寿菊提取物中存在不同程度的苯并芘(1.67~94.9μg/kg)污染,且各类农资材料中均不同程度含有苯并芘,从生产过程推理,原料污染应该是万寿菊提取物中苯并芘的主要来源。在生产中要控制产品中苯并芘的污染,首要的是加强原料的控制,从根本来讲,应加强对环境的治理。 To develop an analysis method based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with gel permeation chromatography(GPC) for the determination of benzo(a) pyrene in marigold extract. Marigold was collected from India and China(Xinjiang), marigold extract was extracted in laboratory. Benzo(a) pyrene with 1.67 to 94.9 μg/kg was found in marigold extract samples; And benzo(a) pyrene also exited in marigold and agricultural materials. During preparation of marigold extract, benzo(a) pyrene migrated from marigold to marigold extract. This indicated that benzo(a) pyrene in marigold extract came from contaminated marigold. To control benzo(a) pyrene contamination of marigold extract, raw material must be guaranteed uncontaminated with benzo(a) pyrene. In actual, environment protection was the essential ways.
