摘要
双层贝雷梁支架是一种采用螺旋钢管支撑于附近墩身的承台或其他刚性基础上的系统,因其承载力强,刚度大且具有良好的经济性能而被广泛采用。对某市域快铁简支箱梁现浇施工支架进行加载预压,检查双层贝雷梁现浇施工支架的稳定性和承载能力。通过预压试验得出荷载作用下支架弹性、非弹性变形及应力参数,为后期箱梁现浇施工计算预拱度和设置加强杆件提供依据,保证箱梁结构线形,保障施工安全。通过施工现场的支架应力和变形测试,并结合有限元计算分析得出合理的反馈,为预压过程加载决策提供技术依据,也为结构行为和施工安全控制提供理论支持。
