ZSM-5分子筛的合成及汽蒸温度对其孔结构和酸性的影响

Synthesis of ZSM-5 Zeolites and Influence of Steaming Temperature on Their Pore Structure and Acid Property

摘要 以粗孔硅胶与偏铝酸钠为原料,采用常规水热晶化法合成出ZSM-5分子筛,对其在不同温度下进行汽蒸处理。采用XRD、NH_3-TPD、N_2物理吸附等方法对其结构和酸性进行了表征,结果表明,汽蒸处理未改变分子筛的晶相,使ZSM-5分子筛酸中心数量减少,酸强度减弱,介孔比表面积和介孔孔容增大,孔分布改变。 ZSM-5 zeolites were synthesized by conventional hydrothermal method,using porous silica and sodium aluminate as raw materials,and both pore structure and acidity of the zeolites before and after steam treatment at different temperatures were characterized through XRD,NH3-TPD and N2 physical adsorption. The results showed that the steam treatment could result in acid sites number and acidity reduction,specific surface area and volume of mesopores increase,pore distribution variation,while samples pore structure keep intact.
