摘要
                
                    基于ANSYS有限元仿真分析方法,针对液体静压导轨的静导轨和滑板分别建立有限元模型,并通过定义材料属性、网格划分、油膜压力模拟、螺栓预紧力模拟和滑板受力分析等过程完成其有限元仿真分析,得到了滑板在静导轨不同位置时静导轨静力变形情况和滑板的受力变形情况,为液体静压导轨系统的设计提供了指导。
                
                Based on the software ANSYS finite element simulation analysis method,aiming at static guide rail and slide plate for hydrostatic guide rail,the finite element model was setup.By defining material properties,mesh division,oil film pressure simulation,bolt pretightening force simulation and sliding plate stress analysis,the finite element simulation analysis was finished.The static deformation of the static guide rail and the stress and deformation of the slide plate in different positions of the slideway were got.It provides guidance for the design of hydrostatic rail system.
