摘要
以常发CF700型拖拉机为研究对象,以MATLAB/SIMULINK为研究平台,建立了基于轮胎振动模型的拖拉机1/2整机平面模型。仿真得到了拖拉机以10 km/h车速在D级路面上行驶的振动加速度、轮胎变形量和轮胎动载荷,在GB/T 10910-2004标准规定的较平滑跑道上进行了振动试验,并与仿真的结果进行了对比,结果表明平均误差率为23.2%,在可接受的范围内,为后期研究拖拉机的减振措施提供了理论参考。
Taking CF700 tractor as a research object,the 1/2 plane model of complete tractor was build up based on vibration model of tire with MATLAB/SIMULINK research platform.The vibration acceleration,tire deformation and tire dynamic load were obtained while the tractor speed is 10 km/h on grade D road through simulation.Using a smoother road of GB/T 10910-2004 as the excitation,the vibration experiment of tractor was performed and simulated under the same conditions.The results show that the average relative error was 23.2% and at the acceptable range,and which can provide a theoretical reference for later research of vibration reduction measures for the tractor.
