UHPLC-MS法测定黄芪降压方中两种活性成分 被引量:1

摘要 目的对黄芪降压方中两种活性成分进行含量测定,建立活性成分多指标质量控制方法。方法对黄芪降压方提取液进行UHPLC-MS分析,色谱柱为Agilent SB C_(18)(2.1×100mm,2.7μm)柱,流动相采用乙腈-去离子水(60∶40,v/v),测定黄芪甲苷和柚皮苷,采用ESI离子源,检测离子对分别为829/783和579/271。结果制备的10批黄芪降压方中,黄芪甲苷的平均含量为0.1382mg·m L^(-1),柚皮苷平均含量为0.3386mg·m L^(-1)。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适宜用于对黄芪降压方进行活性导向的多指标质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To determine two active compounds with in Huangqi formula of anti-hypertension, and establish effect guided multi-index method for quality control. METHODS UHPLC-MS was used for determination, using Agilent SB C 18 (2. 1 × 100mm, 2.7μm), and a mobile phase containing acetonitrile-deionized water;the ion source was ESI, the target compounds were astragaloside A and naringin, with the ion respectively. RESULTS the mean content of astragaloside A and naringin was 1. pair of 829/783 and 579/271, 306 and 1. 531mg · g-1 in 10 preparations of Huangqi formula of anti-hypertension. CONCLUSION The method was fast, sensitive and accurate, which was suitable for effective guided multi-index quality control of Huangqi formula of anti-hypertension.
