电化学处理废水过程产气的监测方法对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 电化学处理废水过程产生的气体可能存在操作人员健康危害、运行设备及环境存在爆炸风险问题,因此,对电化学处理废水过程产气的组成、浓度进行连续定性,定量分析,对识别产气风险与危害,保障电化学工业化处理污水安全有效具有重要意义。本文针对电化学处理废水过程可能产生的典型气体代表(H_2、O_2、NH_3、CO_2、CH_4、C_l2等)的监测技术与方法开展文献调研,对比分析了分析测试这些气体的国家标准方法及研发中的方法,指出了这些方法在气体定性,定量分析中的优缺点,对于在线连续监测电化学处理废水过程产生六种典型单一气体给出了监测方法,同时对于在线连续监测电化学处理废水过程产生六种混合气体也给出了方法,为监测电化学处理废水过程产气提供了技术参考。 The gas produced by electrochemical treatment of waste water may have health hazard for operators, and, operating equipment and environment have explosion risk problem. Therefore, continuous qualitative and quantitative analysis of the composition and concentration of gas produced during electrochemical wastewater treatment is of great significance for identifying the risk and hazard of gas production, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of electrochemical industrial wastewater treatment. In this paper, the monitoring technology and methods for typical gas representatives (H2, O2, NH3, CO2, CH4, Cl2) in the process of electrochemical wastewater treatment are investigated, The national standard method for analyzing and testing these gases and the methods in research & development are compared and analyzed, and point out the advantages and disadvantages of these methods in gas qualitative and quantitative analysis, for online continuous monitoring electrochemical wastewater treatment process produced single(mix) gas provide monitor methods, and provide a monitoring technical reference of electrochemical wastewater treatment process of gas production.
