摘要
目的超声影像在肉芽肿性乳腺炎(idiopathic granulomatous mastitis,IGM)与浸润性导管癌(invasive ductal carcinoma,IDC)中的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析比较经病理证实的37例IGM患者与50例IDC患者的相关超声图像特征。结果 IGM和IDC患者在年龄、病灶生长方向、后方回声、钙化和弹性评分方面比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01),而在病灶形状、病灶边缘、内部回声和血流分级方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论超声影像在IGM与IDC鉴别诊断中具有应用价值。
Objective To assess the value of ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of idiopathic granulomatous mastitis（IGM） and invasive ductal carcinoma（IDC）. Methods The ultrasonographic findings of 37 pathologically confirmed IGM patients and 50 pathologically confirmed IDC patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results Significant differences were observed in the age,lesion growth orientation,posterior echo,calcification and elasticity between the IGM and IDC patients（all P〈0. 01）. However,there were no differences in the shape and margin of lesions,internal echo and Adler blood flow between the two groups. Conclusion Ultrasonography is of high value in the differential diagnosis of IGM and IDC.
