摘要
采用泊松方程和SF_6连续性方程求解棒-板间电场和粒子密度分布的时变情况,在此基础上采用玻尔兹曼方程求解电子速度分布函数,从而建立直流电导率和电流密度数学模型。采用FEM-FDM-FCT算法结合COMSOL和MATLAB软件进行仿真,分析存在放电且间隙击穿下的直流电导率和电流密度。结果表明:棒-板电场中的SF_6气体的直流电导率和电流密度模型可以很好地体现出其时变特征,为不均匀电场中的SF_6气体直流电导率和电流密度的进一步研究提供良好的理论参考。
Time-varying situation of the electric field between rod and plane and the particles density distribution were obtained by solving the Poisson equation and SF6 continuity equation, on this basis, the electron velocity distribution function was obtained by solving Boltzmann equation, so as to establish the mathematical model of DC conductivity and current density. The FEM-FDM-FCT algorithm combining with COMSOL and MATLAB soft-ware were used to simulate and analyze the DC conductivity and cur- rent density in the presence of discharge and gap breakdown. The results show that the models of DC conductivity and current density of SF6 gas in rod-plate electric field can well reflect its time-varying characteristics, providing a good theoretical reference for the further study of the DC conductivity and current density of SF6 gas in uneven electric field.
