摘要
结合天津土地交易市场对网上交易的真实需求,围绕国有建设用地使用权交易系统的体系结构、功能模块等方面,对系统的优势及存在问题进行了分析。指出该系统不仅能够提高工作效率,还可以更好的实现土地交易市场的公开透明,有利于整个土地市场的资源优化。
In this thesis, by illustrating the current need in online listed trading market, the advantages and existing problems of the system are analyzed in terms of the system structure and functional modules of the state-owned construction land-use right trading system. It is crucial not only to transact in an open and fair manner, but also in an effective way to impulse the change in trading with the help of information technology, so as to ensure a fair and well-organized transaction market.
