摘要
目的探讨门静脉血栓形成导致肠坏死的早期诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析2015年-2016年云南省第一人民医院收治的3例门静脉血栓形成导致肠坏死的病例。3例患者全部行肠切除术,门静脉Fogarty导管取栓术、门静脉置管溶栓术。结果 3例患者均康复出院,无复发。结论准确把握手术时机及时行肠切除、Fogarty导管取栓、门静脉置管溶栓疗效确切。
Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of intestinal necrosis led by portal vein thrombosis. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases diagnosed as intestinal necrosis led by portal vein thrombosis between 2015 and 2016 in the first people＇s hospital of Yunnan province were analyzed retrospectively. All 3 patients underwent bowel dissection, fogarty catheter embolectomy and catheter-directed thrombolysis. Results All three patients were discharged and no obvious complications were observed. Conclusion It is very important to grasp the timing of surgery accurately. Treating with bowel dissection in time, fogarty catheter embolectomy and catheter-directed thrombolysis will have a good curative effect.
