摘要
提供了一种制备α-乙酰-γ-丁内酯的新方法。在一定条件下,以碳酸钠为催化剂,乙酸乙酯为反应溶媒,γ-丁内酯和乙醛为起始原料,通过乙酰化高压反应,反应液后处理调pH,最后再经过减压精馏得到纯品α-乙酰-γ-丁内酯。探讨了不同催化剂种类、用量、反应时间和pH对反应收率的影响,在最佳反应条件下,α-乙酰-γ-丁内酯的摩尔收率为77.8%。本文提供的新方法原料易得、便宜,操作简易,收率较高,适合工业化生产。
A new method for the preparation of α-acetyl-γ-butyrolactone was studied. Under certain conditions, sodium carbonate was used as catalyst, ethyl acetate was used as reaction solvent,γ-butyrolactone and acetaldehyde were used as raw materials, through the acetylation reaction under high pressure, adjusting pH and reduced pressure distillation, the pure product was obtained. The effect of different kinds and amount of catalyst, reaction time and pH on the yield was investigated. The results showed that, under optimum conditions, the yield of α-acetyl-γ-butyrolactone was 77.8%. This method is simply,and has relatively high yield and low cost. So the method is more suitable for industrial production
