摘要
近几十年来,超高层建筑在全球范围内快速发展,在数量、高度、规模等方面不断取得突破。介绍了超高层建筑及其主要施工技术的发展历程,对包括高承载力桩基施工、基坑与地下室逆作施工、大体积混凝土施工、施工测量、垂直运输设备选型与布置等10余项超高层建筑关键施工技术进行了阐述。结合建筑行业发展的趋势与导向,从新型建材、高性能施工装备、智能化施工等方面提出超高层建筑技术发展的判断与期望。
In recent decades,super high-rise buildings have rapidly developing around the world,and they have made continuous breakthroughs in quantity,height and scale. This paper gives an introduction to the development of super high-rise buildings and their key construction technologies,including pile foundation with high bearing capacity, top-down method construction of foundation excavation and basement,mass concrete construction,selection and arrangement of vertical transportation equipment,etc. Finally,combined with the development trend and guidance of the construction industry,the judgement and expectation for the development of super high-rise building technology are put forward from the aspects of new building materials, high-performance construction equipment and intelligent construction,etc.
