摘要
大学自主办学是指大学为提高人才培养、科学研究以及社会服务等的水平与质量,在推进办学自主权、自主办学能力以及自主办学责任正向匹配与耦合共生的动态过程中表现出的行为。大学自主办学既是一个相对的概念,也是一个文化的概念,还是一个历史的概念,更是一个复杂的概念,亦即大学自主办学具有相对性、文化性、历史性以及复杂性。认清大学自主办学的基本特征,有助于理解与把握大学自主办学的丰富内涵与深刻意蕴。
University autonomy means the symbiotic behavior in the process of dynamic and coupling in which the university pro- motes the power, ability and responsibility of university autonomy, to improve the level and quality of personnel training, scientific re- search and social services. University autonomy is a relative, acuhural, historical and complex concept, which means that university autonomy has characteristics of relativity, culturally, historicity and complexity. It is helpful to understand and grasp the rich and pro- found connotation of university autonomous by recognizing the basic characteristics of it.
