摘要
对某水平井在钻水泥塞过程中发生的钻柱上提遇卡和下放遇阻事故进行了调查研究。通过对钻水泥塞过程产生的异常现象进行分析,对钻柱阻卡位置以及钻柱与套管接头配合位置进行计算,对钻头损坏形貌进行宏观分析,认为在固井注水泥浆过程中套管接头从工厂端发生了脱扣,钻塞遇阻原因是套管脱扣。通过对套管强度和受力状态进行分析,认为在固井过程中套管承受震动载荷,且由于套管接头工厂端较为薄弱,因此在注水泥过程中套管接头工厂端首先产生松动,最终发生了脱扣。
The pipe sticking during drilling cement in one level well was investigated. It was found that the casing connection was pulled o- ver from the mill end during injecting grout per calculating and analyzing on abnormity phenomena in drilling cement, pipe sticking location and relative position between drill string and casing connections, and damage morphology of bit. The pipe sticking was caused due to casing connection pulled over. It was considered that the vibration load borne by casing string during well cementing, and the weakness connection of mill end would become looseness first, and then be pulled over in injecting cement.
