There are essential differences between the shrine and worship of Chinese Buddhism and Indian Buddhism. Although the forms of burying were different from Eastern Jin to Sui and Tang Dynasties, it usually had a clear "burial" feature and approached to the forms of tombs over time. At the same time, Chinese tombs, especially high-grade tombs, were influenced by Buddhism to a certain extent. The burying of sarira with Chinese style is an important part in the localization process of Chinese Buddhism, and it is also a significant feature of Chinese Buddhism.
