摘要
饲用酶制剂发挥作用的环境复杂,应用效果容易受到饲料制粒高温、胃酸、内源性蛋白酶、金属离子、储存稳定性等因素的影响,造成有效酶活力下降。耐热、耐胃酸、耐蛋白酶、耐金属离子及储存稳定性能评价良好是饲用酶制剂在饲料养殖中发挥作用的基础条件。体外模拟消化法和仿生消化法是简捷快速评价饲用酶制剂有效性的方法,具有一定的参考价值。动物饲养试验法是评价饲用酶制剂应用有效性最客观真实的方法。
The action environment of feed enzyme is complex, its application effect is easily affected by the factors such as high temperature in feed pelleting process, gastric acid, endogenous protease, metal ions, storage stability and so on, which cause the decrease of effective enzyme activity.Good evaluation of heat resistance, acid resistance, protease resistance, metal ion resistance and storage stability is the basic condition for feed enzyme to play a part in feed breeding.In vitro simulated digestion method and bionic digestion method are simple and quick methods to evaluate the effectiveness of feed enzyme, which has a certain reference value. Animal feeding test is the most objective and real method to evaluate the application effectiveness of feed enzyme.
