摘要
目的了解宁夏城乡居民艾滋病知识的知晓情况,探究其影响因素,为制定合理的健康教育策略提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法抽取城乡常住居民,进行问卷调查,采用多项分类Logistic回归对知识知晓率影响因素进行筛选。结果实际有效抽取居民共4 152人,居民艾滋病知识总知晓率为68.0%,其中＂蚊虫叮咬能否传播艾滋病＂＂正确使用安全套能否减少感染＂知晓率分别为36.1%和56.6%。多项分类Logistic回归分析显示,城乡、性别、年龄、文化程度及职业,是艾滋病知识知晓率的影响因素。结论宁夏城乡居民艾滋病知识知晓水平较低。农村居民、男性、文化程度低和年龄较大的人群应作为重点宣传人群,重点加强艾滋病非传播途径及预防知识的宣讲。
Objective To know the awareness of AIDS knowledge and the influence factors among residents in Ningxia,and provide scientific basis for development of health education strategies.Methods The general population in Ningxia were selected by multistage stratified random sampling method and interviewed with standardized questionnaire.Multiple logistic regression was used to get the factors influencing the awareness rate.Results The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among the residents in Ningxia was 68%.The rate of correct answers was low regarding the questions of ＂ whether mosquito bites can spread AIDS＂,and ＂ whether correct use of condoms can reduce infection＂.The factors associated with the HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness included urban or/and rural residents,gender,age,educational level and occupation.Conclusion The awareness of AIDS knowledge among Ningxia residents is low.Rural residents,men,low educational level and older population should be educated as the key groups and the knowledge about HIV transmission routes should be strengthened.
