摘要
针对高集成度多通道模数转换的需要,介绍了CIRRUS LOGIC公司生产的16位高精度串行A/D芯片CS5523。通过介绍其在无纸记录仪的数据采集模块中的应用,体现了其硬件电路简单,计量精确,抗干扰性好,性能稳定可靠的特点。
To the demand of high integration conversion between module and digital,the 16-digit serial A/D CMOS chip of high precision produced by CIRRUS LOGIC is prodnced.The application in data collecting modules of paperless recorder shows that the CS5523 has simple hardware circuit,precise measure,good anti-jamming and reliable performance.
