摘要
基于离散元仿真与模拟试验相结合的研究方法,利用DOE全因子试验设计,对多层直线振动筛关键参数匹配进行研究,获得关键参数对筛分性能的影响机理、高效匹配的方法及额定工况下的优化参数组合。研究表明:筛分性能随振幅、振动方向角的变化呈抛物线变化趋势,安装倾角趋于取小值,频率趋于取大值时,筛分性能更优;相同工况下,随筛网孔径的不断增大,混仓率呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,在筛网孔径为标准孔径的1.3倍左右时混仓率达到低水平,提出多层直线振动筛的筛网孔径应优先选择标准孔径的1.3倍。
This is a way of study based on discrete elements simulation in combination with analogy test by utilizing DOE total divisors and design in the test, so as to study on key data matching up for the multi layer linear vibrating screen to have got effective mechanisms of the key data over the screening capability, methods for effective matches, and optimal data groups under rated working conditions.The results show: Screening capability would appear a tendency changing along a parabola with the vibration amplitude and the vibration direction angle. The screening function could be better if the fixing angle tends to be less in value while the frequency tending to be more in value.Under same working conditions the mixing rate in the chamber would appear decreasing before increasing along with the screen port diameter ever increasing, and when the screen port diameter comes to be1.3 times the standard size or so the mixing rate would get a low level. Therefore, there is raised an optimal selection of the diameter to be 1.3 times the standard size for the multi layer linear vibrating screen.
