摘要
目的:观察消痞方治疗化疗后痞满证的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。治疗组用消痞方治疗,对照组用莫沙必利片,疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组总有效率、症状总积分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消痞方治疗化疗后痞满证疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xiaopi Decoction in the treatment of epigastric fullness after chemotherapy. Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. The treatment group were treated with Xiaopi Decoction while the control group were treated with Mosapride Tablets. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks. Result： The total effective rate and the total symptom score of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Xiaopi Decoction treatment has significant effect on epigastric fullness after chemotherapy.
