摘要
为了实现循环经济、可持续发展得目标,解决建筑业建筑垃圾问题,文章基于生产者责任延伸和逆向物流理论,构建了建筑业逆向物流系统。首先从参与主体、回收对象、回收目标和系统功能四方面对逆向物流系统环境进行分析,并在此基础上,建立了以回收系统、资源化系统、信息系统、政策法规系统为主体结构的逆向物流系统。通过系统的构建,提高逆向物流的运作效率,提高资源利用率,节约成本。
To achieve circular economy,sustainable development and issue the construction waste,the paper bulids reverse logistics system based on extended producer responsibility and reverse logistics.First,it analysises the system environment of reverse logistics from participation member,recycling object,recycling target and system function.And then it establishes a recycling system,resource system,information system and policy and regulation system which is the main structure of reverse logistics system.Through the System,it can improve the efficiency of reverse logistics operation,improve resource utilization and save the cost.
