摘要
【目的/意义】社交媒体为档案馆藏资源服务提供了新的平台和手段,探讨其理论模型和发展规律对提高档案馆藏资源服务质量意义重大。【方法/过程】本文在对国内外相关研究和实践进展进行梳理的基础上,基于用户为中心的思想构建了社交媒体环境下档案馆藏资源服务的系统模型,阐述了社交媒体用户、社交媒体平台以及馆藏资源三个主要模块的功能。【结果/结论】提出了关注公众需求、发掘平台价值、加工馆藏资源和明确发展战略四方面的对策建议。
[Purpose/significance ] Social media has provided new platforms and tools for archival collection service,it is of great significance to explore its theoretical models and development rules to improve the quality of arehival collection ~er- vice. [ Method/process ] After reviewing the relevant researches and practices both at home and abroad, this paper constructs a systematic model of archival resource management in social media environment based on the user-centered concept.Addi- tionally,we expound the function of the three main modules：social media users,social media platforms and archival collec- tion resources. [Result/conclusion]We put forward four countermeasures,including focusing on users＇ needs, exploring the value of platforms, processing archival collection and setting development strategy.
