摘要
提出了一种新型的方钢管混凝土柱与外包U形钢-混凝土组合梁连接节点形式——外伸内隔板钢筋截断式节点。基于"强柱弱梁,节点更强"的抗震设计原则,设计3个试件,并对其进行低周反复荷载试验研究,分析节点的破坏特征,考察节点区的剪切变形,深入研究节点的滞回曲线和骨架曲线,进而研究节点的承载能力、延性、耗能能力、刚度退化等抗震性能。研究结果表明:各试件的破坏主要集中在靠近柱壁的梁端区域,而钢管柱和节点区的变形和应力很小,基本处于弹性阶段;由于梁内混凝土及翼板的组合作用,各节点的滞回曲线呈不对称的纺锤形,无明显捏缩现象,比较饱满,耗能性能良好;各节点试件的位移延性系数和等效粘滞阻尼系数明显大于普通钢筋混凝土结构的相应指标;在整个加载过程中,刚度退化稳定。
In this paper,a new joint type of concrete-filled square steel tubular column to steel-encased concrete composite beam is proposed,and it cuts reinforcement with continuous diaphragm joint.Based on the seismic design principle of‘strong column-weak beam and strong joint-weak member',three pieces of specimens are designed and tested under low-cycle reversed loading.The failure modes and shearing deformation of panel zone of the joints are analyzed.The hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,bearing capacity,ductility,energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degradation are studied.The results show the damage of the joints are mostly on the beam end,while the deformation and stress of steel tube column and panel zone are very small,which are still in the elastic range.Considering the combination of the concrete for the beam and floor,the shapes of hysteretic curves appear to be plump asymmetric spindle with no obvious pinch phenomenon,and the dissipation capacity is good.The displacement ductility coefficient and equivalent damper coefficient are larger than those of reinforced concrete structure.The stable stiffness degradation is noted under cyclic loading.
