锡铁山铅锌矿伴生金回收存在的问题及解决措施 被引量:4

摘要 在国内外经济下行压力持续加大的情况下,矿山类企业的利润空间已经越来越窄。在有色金属价格持续下跌的趋势下,矿山企业要想稳定或提高公司的利润,不仅要降低生产成本、降低管理成本,而且还应该尽可能地回收矿石中含有的贵金属,如金、银等。锡铁山铅锌矿目前铅回收率94%,锌回收率93.5%,伴生金回收率22%,伴生银回收率73%,金的回收率跟国际和国内同行业相比差距较大。主要从金的赋存状态、铅精矿主品位、磨矿细度、铅精矿中硫含量几个方面深入地探讨了锡铁山在伴生金回收方面存在的问题和提高金回收率的解决措施。 As the result of increased pressure on enterprises has been compressed. To stabilize or increase the fall in non-ferrous metals prices, costs of production economic all over the world, the profit space of mine the company~ profits for mine enterprises in the case of and management must be reduced. Moreover, precious metals in the ore should be recycled as much as possible, such as gold and silver. At present, in Xitieshan lead- zinc mine the lead recovery rate is 94%, zinc recovery rate is 93.5%, associated gold recovery rate is 22%, the associated silver recovery rate is 73%, the recovery rate of gold gap is larger compared to the international and domestic industry. This article deeply discusses the questions of Xitieshan in terms of associated gold recovery and the measures to improv the gold recovery mainly from the occurrence state of gold, head assay of lead concentrate, grinding fineness, and the sulfur content in lead concentrate and so on.
