摘要
以四层三区的立体车库模型为例,先介绍该控制系统的组成及控制要求,阐述汽车自动出入库的过程,根据控制要求分配PLC的I/O口和硬件接线,并设计控制系统的出入库流程及部分主要程序,经调试运行,该立体车库模型控制系统具有安全稳定、方便快速等优点,为城市新建和改造立体车库提供解决方案。
Take the four floor and three area cubic garage model as an example, the paper introduced the composition and requirements of the control system, described the process of automobiles storage and delivery, according to the requirements distribute I/O port and hardware connection of PLC, and designed the process of the storage and departure, some other main procedures of the control system. This control system has the advantages of safety, stability, convenience and rapidness after testing. Solutions for the city's newly build and reformed cubic garage have been provided.
