摘要
针对传统设计方法依靠经验开展设计的缺陷,提出了基于虚拟仿真技术的结构性能评估和优化设计方法。针对某溢油回收船溢油回收装置,利用虚拟仿真技术对其结构性能进行评估,并利用拓扑优化技术开展溢油回收装置结构的轻量化设计,实现以仿真来驱动设计,以期为虚拟仿真技术在船舶设计特别是溢油回收船溢油回收装置设计中的应用提供参考。
To aim at the defect that the traditional design method relies on the subjective experience, the structural performance evaluation and optimization design method based on the visual simulation technology is developed. For the spilled oil recovery equipment of a spilled oil recovery ship, the structural performance is evaluated by the virtual simulation technology, and the lightweight design of the recovery equipment is carried out by using the topology optimization technique. Finally, it is realized that the equipment design is drove by the visual simulation, which can provide a reference for the application of the virtual simulation technology in the ship design, especially the structural design of the spilled oil recovery equipment.
