摘要
目的:研究优质护理在肠镜下息肉切除患者中应用的价值。方法:选取2017年1-5月笔者所在医院收治的肠镜下息肉切除患者90例,将患者随机分为甲组和乙组,甲组进行优质护理,乙组进行普通护理,比较两组患者的满意程度、肠息肉的切除时间、手术后住院时间、患者紧张情绪评分、疼痛程度评分、手术后伤口出血等不良反应的发生率。结果:(1)甲组满意度比乙组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)甲组息肉切除操作时间、手术后住院时间、患者紧张情绪评分、疼痛程度评分显著优于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)甲组手术后伤口出血等不良反应的发生率比乙组低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理应用于肠镜下息肉切除患者中的临床价值高,有效缩短手术时间与住院时间,手术后并发症减少,患者的痛苦情绪也得到了稳定。
Objective：To study the application value of high quality nursing in endoscopic polypectomy.Method：From January to May 2017 in our hospital endoscopic polypectomy in 90 cases,the patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,group A and group B were given high quality nursing and ordinary care,respectively.Compared two groups of patients satisfaction,intestinal polyps resection time,postoperative hospitalization time,anxiety score,pain score,the probability of occurrence of postoperative wound bleeding and other adverse reactions.Result：（1）Group A had a high satisfaction than group B,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（2）The operation of polypectomy using time,postoperative hospitalization time,patients anxiety score,pain score were significantly lower than those of group B,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（3）The probability of occurrence of postoperative wound bleeding and other adverse reactions of group A were lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The high quality care in the clinical value of endoscopic polypectomy in patients with higher effect,operation time and hospitalization time can be effectively shortened and can reduce complications after surgery,pain and emotion of patients are stable.
