摘要
通过接触式、水浸式超声波探伤和扫描电子显微镜分析、能谱分析,试验研究铝合金罐体封头板经过旋压后产生分层的原因。试验结果表明,板材中部含有片状密集排布的金属间化合物,它们将铝合金基体割裂,破坏了组织均匀性。探讨了金属内部缺陷的危害和通过提高金属纯净度降低内部缺陷含量的方法,以及超声波探伤和旋压自检对质量控制的作用。
Causes of vessel head layering of aluminum tanks after spinning are investigated with contact and immersion ultrasonic testing, SEM, and EDS. The results show that there are lamellate intermetallic compounds concentrated in the middle of the tank sheet. These defects separate the matrix and destroy the microstructural homogeneity. Discussion is con- ducted on the harm of internal defects, reduction of internal defects by improving alloy puri- ty, and the effect of ultrasonic testing and self-inspection by spinning on the quality control.
