摘要
目的分析结直肠癌腹腔镜患者术后康复应用快速康复外科护理的影响。方法选取我院2016年12月—2017年12月收治的65例结直肠癌腹腔镜患者作为研究对象,分组依据为是否应用快速康复外科护理;对照组占47.69%(31/65),应用常规围术期护理;观察组占52.31%(34/65),应用快速康复外科护理;对比两组术后康复情况,包括术后客观指标、术后医疗指标。结果与对照组对比,观察组术后客观、医疗指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理可显著加快结直肠癌腹腔镜患者术后康复、减少并发症发生,对于改善预后具有积极作用。
To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgeryon postoperative rehabilitation of colorectal cancer laparoscopic patients. Methods 65 patients with colorectal cancer admitted in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects, and the group was based on the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing. The control group accounted for 47.69% （31/65）, and the routine perioperative nursing was applied. The observation group accounted for 52.31% （34/65） and rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing was applied. The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared, including postoperative objective indicators and postoperative medical indicators. Results Compared with the control group, the objective and medical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation of surgical care can significantly accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients with eolorectal cancer laparoscopic surgery to reduce the incidence of complications, to improve the prognosis has a positive effect.
