摘要 课堂文化与企业文化的对接能够很好地帮助高职学生尽快融入企业环境,适应工作岗位的需求。高等职业学校的人才培养目标是高端技能型人才,这就要求培养的学生要贴近企业需求。学生进入工作岗位后,要能够尽快适应工作岗位,因此,企业文化与课堂文化的融合与对接具有现实意义。但是我国很多高职院校主要以教授学生知识、培养学生技能为主,忽略了对学生企业文化的培养。企业文化引进课堂能推动学生职业素质的培养,提升学校的核心竞争力。通过企业真实案例引入课程内容、生产性实训基地构建真实工作环境、加强企业合作、增大校外实习力度等措施,实现高职院校课堂文化与企业文化的对接。 The connection between classroom culture and corporate culture can help high-vocational students integrate into the business environment as soon as possible and adapt to the needs of the job. Higher vocational school personnel training goal is high-end skilled personnel,which requires students to be close to business needs. After entering the job,students should be able to adapt to their jobs as soon as possible. Therefore,the integration and connection between corporate culture and classroom culture are of practical significance. However,many higher vocational colleges are mainly teaching students ' knowledge and cultivating students ' skills,ignoring the training of students ' corporate culture. The introduction of corporate culture can promote the cultivation of professional quality of students,and improve the core competitiveness of colleges. Methods on the introduction of course content,the construction of a real working environment,strengthening business cooperation and increasing internship can achieve higher vocational college classroom culture and corporate culture docking.
