摘要
文章详细介绍了我国图书馆与多元文化融合的缺失主要体现在特色馆语种覆盖较少、多元文化书籍覆盖种类较少、文献获取渠道困难以及文化类活动缺乏互动性等方面。为此,提出了我国还需进一步完善图书馆多元文化服务相关的政策与法律法规,建立与完善图书馆多元文化服务运行机制。图书馆则应承担培训社会大众的责任,主动传播多元文化,在文化交流中应不卑不亢,起到整合作用而非平台作用等具体实践途径。
At present, the absence of multicultural integration of Chinese library is mainly reflected in the following aspects： less coverage of characteristic languages, less multicultural coverage, less access to literature, and lack of interaction between cultural activities. Therefore, we should improve the policy and relevant laws as well as the regulations of the library to establish and perfect the multicultural service mechanism of the library. It suggest the library taking social responsibility of the public training,actively spreading multiculturalism, setting up reader reading recommendation and overseas buyers to play a role of integration of cultural exchanges rather than a platform.
