摘要
以直升机主减速器行星齿轮系为研究对象,给出了对流换热系数的计算方法,并应用有限元分析软件对齿轮的摩擦升温进行了分析,得到摩擦导致的行星轮系温度场以及齿轮失效时间,用于指导主减速器内部润滑系统及齿面强度、耐磨性的设计,提高主减速器的干运转能力。
Took interior planet gear of certain helicopter main gear box by study object, presented calculation method of convection exchanging coefficient, and analyzed rub beating up of gear by fi- nite element analyzing software, getting temperature field and failure time of planet gear to guide designation of lubricating system in main reducer and tooth face intensity and grinding ability, im- proving dry operating ability of main reducer.
