摘要
现代农业是一种社会化特征明显新型农业,它能将现代科技、先进生产资料、科学管理方法高度整合并有效利用于农业生产。现代农业具有明显的先导性、集约性、多元性、一体性和可持续性。现代农业为传统农业带来革命性的变化,也对新型职业农民提出更高的要求。分析河南省新型职业农民培育现状,构建现代农业建设中资金投入、激励、教育培训、安全保障新型职业农民培育机制有利于推进新型职业农民科学化发展。
Modern agriculture is a new type of agriculture with obvious socialization characteristics.It can integrate modern science and technology,advanced production data and scientific management methods and use it in agricultural production effectively.Modern agriculture has obvious predominance,intensive sex,pluralism,unity and sustainability.Modern agriculture has brought about revolutionary changes to traditional agriculture,and put forward higher requirements for new-type professional farmers.It analyzed the present situation of Henan Province professional farmers cultivating new build capital investment in the construction of modern agriculture,motivation,education training,and safety new professional farmers cultivating mechanism was helpful to promote the development of new scientific professional farmers.
