摘要
目的:总结痔病的临床和实验室相关观察指标的研究进展,以期帮助临床医生寻找更多的诊断和治疗痔病的客观化观察指标。方法:以痔病的临床和实验相关指标为搜索关键词,查阅近五年来与痔病相关的文献报道,并对其归纳分析。结果:痔病的临床观察指标不多,且缺乏具有特异性的客观化观察指标;实验室研究方面,由于痔病动物模型较难建立,相关研究较少,故缺乏稳定可靠的分子生物学等客观化观察指标。结论:深入研究痔病的观察指标,为痔病的临床以及相关实验提供稳定可靠的观察指标,是今后肛肠科痔病相关领域的研究的方向之一。
Objective： To sum up the research progress of the clinical and laboratory related indexes of hemorrhoids,in order to help clinicians to find more objective indicators for the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods：The clinical and experimental indexes of hemorrhoids were searched for the key words, and the literature related to hemorrhoids in recent five years were reviewed and analyzed. Results： The clinical observation indexes of hemorrhoids are not much, and the objective observation index of specificity is deficient; In laboratory research, because it is difficult to establish the animal model of hemorrhoids, there is not much relevant research. So the reliable objective observation indexes of molecular biology are insufficient. Conclusion： To lucubrate the observational indexes of hemorrhoids,provide stable and reliable indexes for the clinic and related experiments is one of the research directions of hemorrhoids in the field of anorectal diseases.
